Uniting fashion’s leaders in embracing change

Today, more than ever, the way that fashion retail approaches, interacts and aligns itself with consumers, and their values, is intrinsically linked to business success. Consumer-centric, culture-positive leadership teams will distinguish themselves through their results.

Living and breathing authentic core values, from innovation and agility through to diversity, inclusion and social impact are non-negotiable. Equally, meeting and engaging with consumers across every touchpoint is critical to success. Building, retaining and leading inclusive teams who can step up to these challenges will underpin this all.

From shaping and conveying your pillars of identity to driving agile omnichannel transformation, and prioritising sustainability as a business norm, the skills that today’s fashion retail C-suite require are complex and challenging.

Leaders of fashion retailers and brands came together to gain inspiration from fellow industry leaders and benefited from an exclusive, intimate forum to explore the journey, challenges and successes industry leaders are experiencing in embracing change.

Why attend

For 20 years, Drapers has brought together the leaders of the UK and Ireland’s biggest and most innovative fashion businesses at intimate invitation-only Inner Circle dinner events, to candidly discuss their challenges and share their solutions.

In 2022 Drapers combined the Inner Circle with its annual top-level Drapers Fashion Forum conference as a one-day event for the founders, CEOs and senior leadership teams of fashion businesses. The goal was to cultivate our existing community, while opening up the conversation to be inclusive of a wider group of senior voices, and ensure the most valuable conversations and thought leadership on shared challenges and creative solutions. We returned in 2023 to do the same!
