Louise is Chief Financial Officer at Seasalt a premium lifestyle brand that inspires people of all ages to dress with creativity and confidence. Seasalt is a B Corp certified multi-channel international retailer with 80 stores across the UK, Ireland and US, a thriving online business and hundreds of stockists across the UK and internationally. Louise leads the development and delivery of the brand’s overall business strategy with the Executive Board. She joined the Company in 2024 having held roles at Peloton Interactive and in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, where she focused on the Retail sector.
