Paul Spencer is the Chief Executive Officer at Represent, the British brand redefining modern luxury menswear.

Since joining Represent in 2022, Paul has helped lead the business through a period of rapid international growth, tripling its retail footprint with stores in Manchester, Los Angeles, and a newly opened flagship in London.

Under his leadership, Represent has strengthened its position as one of the UK’s fastest-growing fashion brands, scaling annual sales to just under £100 million, expanding into sportswear, and driving global demand across e-commerce and wholesale channels.

The brand is now stocked in some of the world’s most prestigious retailers, including Harrods, Selfridges, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Ounass, and has developed renowned collaborations with Oasis, Belstaff, Metallica, and Puma. Represent has also launched 247 by Represent, an activewear line built around performance, comfort, and the same commitment to design and quality that defines the main collection.

With over 25 years of experience in retail and sportswear, Paul brings deep expertise in strategy, sales leadership, and brand building. Before Represent, he spent more than a decade at PUMA Group, holding senior roles including Regional Sales Director for Europe and General Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Benelux. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Pentland Brands, Nike UK, and Adidas UK, where he consistently delivered commercial growth and strengthened brand equity.

Paul began his career in retail marketing and sales management before moving into senior commercial leadership. His background across global sportswear and lifestyle brands has given him a unique perspective on scaling businesses and building cultural relevance in highly competitive markets.
